Our care is as unique as our country lodge setting in a small neighborhood. Partnered with Summit County Geriatricians, Cuyahoga Falls Country Place is on the cutting edge with our Geriatric Rehabilitation Unit.
 Our Geriatric Rehab Unit provides skilled rehabilitation with an assertive, hands on approach. An interdisciplinary team utilizes assessments of medical, social and psychological functions for patients requiring short-term care.
The Geriatrician is on campus at least twice a week and we have full time Nurse Practitioners.
We also provide in-home assessments prior to discharge to determine the patient’s ability to function safely in their home environment.
Cuyahoga Falls Country Place accepts not only Medicare and Medicaid, but many managed care insurances and most secondary insurances as well.
